1. Applied on CareerBuilder for a dev manager position (this position is in a research oriented group and therefore require PhD degree in computer science or related fields)
2. HR called me first to collect information from me.
3. HR scheduled onsite interview. The interview includes 1:1 interview as well as group interview
4. HR discuss offer detail
5. Drug test and criminal background check
6. Offer extended
