I would not really consider this an interview but more of "you are hired", let's get through these informalities. Interview was one on one and was very informal and asked simple questions. It lasted approximately 20 minutes and I had a job when I walked out the door.

So I applied online yesterday, got the email from a recruiter within 20 minutes of finishing my ap process, and had my interview today. Sat down with the manager for about half an hour and he pulled a few associates from my department into the meeting. Very casual, very informative and discussed pretty much everything from hours to commission rates. Left the store and before I got home (about 10 mins away) I got an email with a job offer. Don't know what many of you folks had issues with, but this is starting out very well indeed!
