Applied in-person as nothing was listed online. Months later they called on the phone to set up an interview. Asked behavioral and situational questions regarding how to handle problems from your job experience, as well as availability, pay and other technical questions.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
