Standard for the industry, good paramedical coverage and decent dental coverage. Can't complain.
These are the worse benefit package I've had. I loved dealing with sunlife instead of Manulife. Had a horrible experience dealing with benefits for adding children, sick leave and maternity.
Benefits are pretty good if you come from having none before. Pretty standard package nothing amazing.
Very similar to most of the other 'Big 5' compensation packages being offered for same role; I have worked at 4 out of the Big 5 and have to say that the staff financial services offer is horrible - no overly generous discount considering the bank will still make a decent (HUGE!) profit even with a discounted employee offer. The group insurance benefits plan isn't great either - I would say one of the most expensive compared to the other banks' offers with the least amount offered in terms of actual benefits.
Medical/Dental, Employee Share Ownership Program, Vacation, Performance Bonus
Defined Benefit Plan which is pretty good
Benefit coverage has gotten a lot better in the last year. Enough flex cash to buy 80%-90% coverage. Changed from defined benefit to defined contribution pension for new employees. Mandatory out of pocket LTD coverage. Good employee share program.
Employee Share is great! 50c for every dollar you put in, up to 6%.
Best: great flexible coverage especially for massage therapy, employee wellness, standard offerings, fair Worst: you have to contribute out of pocket to your life, long term, disability coverage, Retirees after 2021 will no longer be covered and have to pay out of pocket for coverage
Good pension and define share ownership plan. Benefits are held with Manulife; fast processes sing of claims, easy to navigate holdings and defer unused credit to RRSP or TFSA
