I just got the 1st interview through. It was taking place by phone. It was pretty basic. The interviewer will ask you about your background and nothing tricky. You just need to know what the job is and your experience, how you can use your knowledge. Just try to be confident and smooth. Essentially, you are dealing with people either case.

After 4 months from having applied for the position, the HR contacted and requested a panel interview to be held the next day virtually. There is a form to fill out with basic information, half of which is in your resume. They also need copies of all academic certificates. The panel interview involved 3 persons. They asked a few open ended questions, such as what can you bring to the company. They have scenario based questions such as a sales scenario where you have to choose a product and then sell it to them. What will you do if you aren't meeting sales targets and what would you do if someone wants a loan but cannot afford it but you're sure that they can. They indicated that within 3 weeks feedback would be provided. No response has been received (its the 4th week)
