The process was pretty basic. Two phone interviews, a personality test, a face-to-face meet and greet interview with the branch manager, finally a background check! First I applied for the position on the site. I got notification by email that the HR individual would like to setup a phone interview if i was still interested. We did the first phone interview was basically asking about the position, a little bit about myself, where i would see myself in five years. Then i did a basic personality test. Had a second phone interview where we did behavior type questions (ex: what would you do in this type of situation?). After that i received notice to do a face-to-face meeting with the branch manager. That was pretty basic.. just asked very minimum questions more of to get a feel of if I would be a good candidate. Then after that there was a background check where they go from employers to schooling, and to see if you have a criminal record. That was basically it.

Question 1
What was a time where you took advantage of a business relationship?
The interview was over the phone and was fairly straight forward. I got my response and feedback that my references will be contacted the same day which was very cool!

After 4 months from having applied for the position, the HR contacted and requested a panel interview to be held the next day virtually. There is a form to fill out with basic information, half of which is in your resume. They also need copies of all academic certificates. The panel interview involved 3 persons. They asked a few open ended questions, such as what can you bring to the company. They have scenario based questions such as a sales scenario where you have to choose a product and then sell it to them. What will you do if you aren't meeting sales targets and what would you do if someone wants a loan but cannot afford it but you're sure that they can. They indicated that within 3 weeks feedback would be provided. No response has been received (its the 4th week)

I had 2 interviews face to face. They were so gentil and kind, the questions were ordinary but i regret that i didnt get ready obvious questions which are asked often for that position, so i messed up during the second interview. It was my first interview experience in Canada , i learned a lot...
