First you are sent a video assessment where you will be asked few questions. you are expected to record yourself. The next stage is a simulation assessment where you will be asked to respond to real life scenarios. Once you pass that stage, a phone-interview will be conducted.

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
