Two stages of interviews. The first is an HR screening that lasted about 20 minutes and was a basic Q/A in which the HR individual asked me why I was applying for this role, what I found interesting about it, how my past experience relates to it and what my future goals were. The second interview was with the hiring manager as well as the HR manager and lasted about an hour. The HR manager was asking me scripted questions which were personality based while the hiring manager was asking me questions regarding my resume.
