Informal word-of-mouth process leading to a one-year contract but a promotion. Very arbitrary. There were jobs I fully qualified for but were rejected from and those I barely qualified for but were accepted to based solely on character reference, the capacity and desperation of the potential employer to hire.

Entretien
I met with another project manager in the same role and got a good understanding of the role and work environment from him. It seemed like a great fit overall, given my experience and personality. I met with a manager/director and thought the meeting went well, but I was not given an offer and received no feedback as to why, despite explicitly asking for it from the HR manager.

Interview with a VP and then project manager. In depth questions about experience , pay expectation start date, etc. they never reached out after only heard from recruiter after asking weeks later.
