Entretien
The process was seamless. A recruiter set up my interview and I was promptly met by my interviewer at the door. I was interviewed by the Branch Manager, and she was very professional. I immediately felt at ease, and was able to approach the interview as more of a conversation, rather than an intimidating process.

Question 1
She asked for my background and my areas of interest/passion. She also asked about a time when I had to go above and beyond to help a customer/client. Standard interview questions, but it seemed like the manager really took the time to get to know me as an individual and a professional. I was impressed - it seems like a great place to work.

Three Interviews - focused on :
- behavioural (collaboration,self awareness,teamwork) -situational (how to solve problem, difficult clients, colleagues.STAR situations)
- and technical questions (Financial analysis of companies (rations, financial metrics, Cash flow statements, how to link the 3 financial statements ,structuring deals, economy & industry knowledge)
