I received an email after applying online saying I had made it to the next step. I was to read a interview question on the screen and record my answer to the webcam. It was a weird process to talk to no one. As well you can review your recorded answer but not change it. Then I made it to the next step. This was a simmulator and a survey. Then there was a phone interview with information about the job and situational or behavioral interview questions.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
