Received a link from the email about 2 days later. Asked me to record my interview, very simple questions. About 8 questions for the whole interview.
Fairly simple. There are a lot of behavioral questions as well as introduction questions. Several examples are: tell me about yourself, why do you choose Scotia Bank, what do u know about Scotia Bank
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
