Entretien
After applying online, I received a phone call from a recruiter to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview was around 30 minutes. The recruiter explained how the phone interview process is, first going through my resume points and then asking behavioural questions related to the CSR position. Recruiter was nice, but could clearly tell they were reading off a script of questions. Afterwards was given an online assessment about personality questions and a virtual stimulation of the position.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
