1 step-online automatic video/audio interview-10 questions 15min..i was done..pretty simple questions 2.simulation test - few questions based on situation or video shown 3.video interview with HR-15mins again-pretty simple question..4.back check- ref check, education check, employment check ,criminal check , credit check from 3rd party is quite rigorous

They will let you do a video interview first. And after that they will schedule you a phone interview. After couple weeks, they will either give you an offer or let you know they choose someone else.
