Hiring manager was a no show to the interview so I ended up being interviewed by people brought-in on the spot to fill-in. Interview went well but guess what? I was asked to comeback again to interview with the same hiring manager who was missing from the interview the first time around - I declined because the first interview cost me, missed day at work, 6 hours driving, and of course money and since I didn't even received a good explanation (or any) for why he missed my first interview - I decided to save myself any more pain.

Entretien
There were 3 rounds of interview with 3 separate individuals. Each interview lasted around 1 hour long & covered everything from technical scenarios to background experience. There was a lot of questions around technical experience. The interview process was quite calm and relaxed. The final interview was with the Senior Manager who ended up being my direct report
