Within 3 days from submitting a online application, I was called to have a phone interview. After a week or two passed, we scheduled a time for me to go to home office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The interview lasted from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Two weeks later, I had an interview at the plant, which lasted from 8:00 am to 2 pm. Schreiber uses a targeted selection interview process. My suggestion would be to come prepared. I was given an offer 2 days later. The process in my opinion was a bit long, but it flowed smoothly.
