Basic. Nothing really hard. All interviewers were more worried about what to say and not to say to the Regional Manager during that interview. It is as if everyone is scared of the person just ahead of them within this organization. They do not appear to like pharma experience, preferring to promote their in-house, hourly-paid BSAs.
The interview was well organized. I had a phone screen followed by one on one meeting. Later on I met with several members of the team in person. Everyone was passionate about their role and finding the person best fit for the territory.

Started off with a phone screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager/other vaccine specialist and everything went well. After I moved forward in the process, I interviewed with two other district sales managers and they were very abrasive. The first thing I was told was that my “resume didn’t match the qualities they were looking for in this role” and that they were willing to listen to me defend myself. I was consistently interrupted and extremely apprehensive had I been chosen to move on.

Question 1
How did you handle a difficult situation? Make sure you are answering STAR METHOD. There were a lot of the same questions phrased differently by all the interviewers I kept calmed, they offered water which helped with my dry mouth I was a little nervous but they made me feel welcomed and comfortable after the first 2 minutes.
