Total mess… ridiculous hiring process and disorganised organisation.
I applied for a “talent pool” and was interviewed for a “Stability monitoring Expert” position then I had to wait 2 months because they “modified” that position. Later they called me back and I had an interview for a Regional Qualification Expert position which was the “updated” version. At the end of the interview they believed I was not suitable for that specific position, however they offered another one (senior specialist) and I was told to wait for the official offer. On the second week of waiting I was invited for another interview without an explanation (and without any official offer for the first one). It turned out it was the original “Stability” interview. At the end of the interview I was told that they would decide which position should I get an offer for because at that time both positions were available and again I was told to wait a maximum of 2 weeks for the official offer. Believing I was in the finish line 2 weeks passed. Still nothing. I sent the HR contact a check-in email and got no answer for one and a half weeks. So I contacted the hiring manager after which the HR contact kindly sent me a surprisingly cold answer in which they thanked me my time and told me that there were no positions available that we can move forward with.
Seems like they had no clue what they were interviewing for. (For 5 months)
They seemed highly professional at the beginning but there’s still a lot to improve.
This review only applies for one specific department at Sanofi since I do not have any experience with others.
