Entretien
I had a simple screening call followed by an interview with the hiring manager. While we had a very friendly and productive conversation, I was genuinely surprised to be ghosted by them afterward. I never received an update from HR and eventually searched to find that they turned the FT role into a contract hire.

Standard behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when..."). HR confirmed my years of experience in different skillsets and my interview with the hiring manager was quite relaxed.
