I had an interview in June with two hiring managers, but it was scheduled on short notice, so I didn’t have much time to prepare (my fault, I know). One of the managers was pretty rude and aggressive right from the start, hitting me with very specific technical questions. It felt like they were looking for someone who already matched 100% of the job requirements, with no real onboarding or room to learn. Basically, it seemed like they just needed another pair of hands. The questions weren’t totally off-base for the job, but I definitely didn’t expect all of them in the first interview. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to work for people like that, and in the end, they ghosted me anyway.
