1- Telephone HR screening reviewing background and history.
2- Technical interview with the hiring manager discuss all aspects of technical part of the role, review your experience history and discuss some behavioral aspects of the role.
3- HR phone call discussing the offer and confirming it.
4- Send you offer acceptance letter.

Question 1
Plenty of both behavioral and technical competencies. Almost they asked about everything
Phone screen with sanofi recruiter then several short interviews with team members. Thorough but not overwhelming. Recruiter was great, gave a lot of useful background on the position and what they were looking for to help me prepare.
