Submitted my CV through the career page/ website, got a message from TA to arrange a call. TA will describe the job in and explain in details, glad that the conversation was open to get everything that I wanted to know before the interview. TA arranged an interview with the hiring manager.

I have a phone screening with the hr, afterwards I have been told to have a face to face interview in their office. But before my interview, I have been told that they have shortlisted a candidate for that position.
