3 étapes avec le RH, un cas pratique et la team .
Premier entretien de motivation, deuxième cas pratique à préparer, troisième motivation et rencontre avec l'équipe. Après avoir revu les compétences, Sanofi cherche vraiment la motivation, important de montrer pourquoi on est là, et pourquoi on est fait pour avoir ce poste

Entretien
Facil. Una con Rrhh y otra con tu manager. La entrevista suele durar Media hora nomas. La idea es Contar un poco tu recorrido. Importante estar recomendado para pasar el primer filtro.
There are total 3rounds interview, 1st round with talent acquisition manager and the specialist, 2nd round with hiring manager & the department head, final round with GM & regional HR,
Smooth and nice processed by the recruiter. The hiring manager and the interview panel were direct and focused. There are several rounds but the timeline was too long. Accepted another offer.
