A screening call from Paris. Was nice but the called was of not proficient in English, and not the best "first" presentation for the company. Three weeks later in invite for skype interview and a presentation. The topic of the presentation was unclear, but the clarification was not provided, nor was the full JD. The questions were amateurish, and clearly the interviewers did not know how to conduct an interview. Very serious faced, no smiles and no inter-personnel skills.

Interview secured via recruitment company - given list of available dates and allowed to choose from these. Interviewed around 2 weeks later. 2 on panel. Interview quite tricky. Asked at least 8 competency-based questions. Also asked some technical questions related to the role. Asked about my CV.
