Applied online, received an e-mail to arrange a phone screen a few weeks later. Phone screening was about 20-30 minutes, basic resume review. A couple of weeks later, received another e-mail to arrange the next round of interviews. Had a 45-60min phone interview with a manager within a week. A week later, had an in person interview with two additional managers and the assistant director.
