I was referred by an employee, I then submitted my CV and cover letter to HR. The process involved a phone interview with two members of my perspective team and then a face to face interview in the office which also involved a tour of the office and meeting the current placement student who was also on the interview panel. This was great as the first month of placement is spend shadowing the current student, once I was offered the job I also went into the office to meet the team before my start date and to have lunch.
