Met the entire office pretty much, short quick fire interviews, got a flavour of the company and mixed level of discussion on my ambitions and previous experience yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada
3 20-30 minute phone screens and a final. During the final I gave a presentation. Their TA team does a great job of prepping you for the interview. It was a very pleasant process with constant feedback/follow-up etc.

Entretien
Received a phone call (phone interview), and then was invited to a group interview. The senior recruiter gave a presentation about SThree and the role. The Director then gave a brief presentation as well and was present from halfway to the end of the group interview.

Question 1
The interviewees had to give a brief talk about themselves as an introduction (elevator pitch) and were then split into groups to give a sales pitch for a product/service of their own creation. In the end, all interviewees were made to vote who they would hire out of the batch, and the top 3 most voted were announced.
