    Candidature

J'ai postulé via une recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à SThree.

    Entretien

I was messaged via LinkedIn by their Internal Recruiter after I was referred to them by a friend as someone who is looking to get into recruitment. Following an email exchange, I conducted a phone interview with their Internal Recruiter. Pretty basic preliminary interview - just seeing how much I knew about the position/recruitment industry and drilling deeper into seeing how competitive, money-driven and ambitious I am (makes sense, given their compensation structure of being commission based). Afterwards, I was set up with a phone interview with a branch manager. This was a bit deeper of an interview, more situational questions. Again, mostly looking into my experiences and drilling into my motivations. Afterwards, I was directed back to their internal recruiter, who relayed interview feedback and then said that they wanted me to come in-person for a face-to-face interview, where I was to prepare a 10 minute presentation.
What I did appreciate about the interview process was the fact that regardless of whether you are given a third, in-person interview or not, you are given interview feedback on how you did.

    Questions d'entretien d'embauche

    • Whats your cumulative GPA, What motivates you, Name a time where you have failed, do you have any corporate experience, what are the three things you're looking for in a career,   Répondre à cette question

    Raison du refus

The city I was interviewing for was a newer branch and less established in the marketplace. Though their compensation/rewards package is impressive (lunch clubs, vacation trips, etc.), their corporate culture feels a lot less supportive than other recruiting firms I've seen.
