Usual routine interview approach, no surprise questions, although it seemed they had not properly read my CV!
Two stages firstly 1-2-1 with hiring manager, secondly with another peer. Team came across as disorganised.

Entretien
Very straightforward, 1 step process.
Straight to in person interview from application, all arranged over email.
Met with 2 brilliant guys, informative, friendly and professional. There was a very natural flow to their questions and I inadvertantly started answering the next question within my previous answer. Quick to respond, called to follow up and offered excellent feedback when advising of their decision.
