Interview went great, we spoke over the phone. They told me some background about the company and I gave them some general information about myself. I was also asked about my experience and my knowledge of material.

Entretien
Basic interview to ensure competency. They will sell you a lot of info about how they “hire from within…” and “value you.” At least on this particular contract, it’s entirely a lie. There are constant mind games being played by management staff, and long term employees will literally just not do their jobs but are never held accountable. It’s chaos and a utter mess, and that’s in a good day. If you value your mental health, proceed with caution; if I could do it all over again I would have stayed a Barista and looked for another job besides this one.

Entretien
Two part interview, mostly thought a contracting group. They partner with contracting agencies that provided needed training to get the certifications they want sometimes. They will expect you to have the cert in 60 days.
