Was initially a telephone "quick" review as to availability, then, immediate verbal invitation followed with an email for a face to face. This process took no more than 45-60 minutes with the hiring Manager. Comfortable. No trick questions. Just honest open discussion of past employment and current job expectations. This was a 2-person interview but only one did the major exchange. I felt very comfortable within minutes. Because of time constraints, an immediate offer was given and 24 hours for a decision.
