Colloquio via Teams di circa 30 minuti. Mi è stata presentata azienda e posizione e fatte alcune domande circa la mia esperienza, attinenti al ruolo. La posizione si era aperta per pensionamento. Era presente HR Manager e il Plant Manager

I applied online. About 2 weeks later I had an initial 30-minute phone screen with a SABIC recruiter. That was followed a few weeks later by an on-site with several members of the team. Over a month later, I hadn't heard anything so I followed up and was invited to meet on-site with director. Several more weeks followed before they asked me to meet with HR again to continue the discussion. Then -- several more weeks of no communication, no follow-up.

Why are you interested in SABIC (asked more than once by different groups)? Are you open to relocation (asked 3 times throughout all interviews)? What are your salary expectations? Tell me about yourself; do you have any kids? What are your goals? Tell me about a time when you've inspired someone. Several situational/behavioral questions related to HR leadership. Tell us about your experience working with manufacturing employees. Tell us about your employee relations experience. Please share the reason for previous job changes. How do you feel about possibly working for the Saudis?

Applied online; received an email requesting additional information to support my credentials. The emailed document contained a detailed questionnaire. I submitted the document and was contacted 1 week later for a phone interview with a Corporate Recruiter. The interview went well. Concluding, the Recruiter stated that she would follow up with me regarding next steps within a couple of days.
It is now over 1 month later and I have not heard back from SABIC. No rejection email, etc.
