Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SABIC (Huntersville, NC) en sept. 2013
Entretien
Was contacted by their recruiter. I had a phone conversation, after which I was quickly scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was immediately scheduled for a face to face interview at their office. The interview was conducted by a panel which included the hiring manager. They did not schedule enough time for all the questions they had plus time for me to ask a few. While I appreciate the phone call from the hiring manager to convey that they were not extending an offer and the invitation to ask any questions about the interview results, I don't feel I was given honest answers to why I was not extended an offer.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I expected more questions about my job skills and accomplishments. What I was asked sounded like the results of a Google search for typical interview questions.
Panel interview with product, sales and technical management with topics ranging in complexity. Vetting interview followed by in-person at manufacturing location. Was asked to make a presentation on a success I've had
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez SABIC (Riyad) en mars 2010

I was informed by the recruiter that there will be a phone interview. During the time of phone interview were general questions to get to know my background and experience. There were 3 people conducting the phone interview. Later on I informed by the recruiter that I was selected for an interview at their HQ in Riyadh.
The face to face interview was with 4 people on the panel. They asked a varied questions like why should we hire you would you like to move to Riyadh with your family etc.
They informed me at the interview that if I would be offered a junior position would I be interested to accept the job. I refused their offer to accept a lower paying job.
