recruiter called and wanted to have me go through the interview and hiring process but never called again, even though they said they would. the people at ryder are very hard to get answers from and hard to get a hold of. and not trust worthy.

It takes a long time before you hear anything. When they first called me I almost forgot that I applied, and the process is long. It was three months from app to start date. First, a long phone interview. Then the first in-person interview, followed by a very long second in-person interview. then you will get a call if they want you or not. Then the probing starts.
