I applied back in May and received a call about two weeks ago to schedule an interview. The first face to face interview seemed to be more like a pre screening. I got a call two days later to schedule the second interview. The next interview was with the same manager from the first interview but with a facility manager and a district manager. A few days after that I heard from my background check and offered me a conditional offer of employment upon successful completion of a drug test. Whole process took about 2 weeks after waiting a month to hear from them in the first place.
