Entretien
After being contacted within 3 days of completing my application, my interview process consisted of one with the Store Manager and the other with the District Manager. I was still in college at the time, so they had no problem working around my schedule. I went into the store and had a brief interview with the store manager. Two weeks later, I followed up with an additional interview with the district manager.

I received a call, The person spoke quickly and I did not understand where they were calling from, when I requested they repeat the question, she said "it sounds like you don't know what job you applied for. " When she actually repeated "Ross" I said "oh yes, I just applied for it on Friday" She asked "how much do you want per hour", I asked the range and she said it starts at $14.50 (area supervisor) so I said I would think something closer to $20. The lady said "ok" and hung up, There was no good bye, or follow up, just a click of the phone.
When I was applying for the role, there was no salary range, and there was a 35 minute "test" on scheduling and a personality test.
