J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Ladera Heights, CA) en juin 2014

The interview was very quick and extremely easly. It was a new store opening so they needed alot of employees fast. I had my interview at a different Ross than the one I was hired at. I had my interview with about 3 other people in a small office with a womannamed Margarita who later turned out to be a very rude and disrespectful assistant manager. But that is of topic.... I was simply asked 2 questions: Why I want to work for the company and my availability and I was hired on the spot along with one of the other canidates.

The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
