J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (San Diego, CA) en juin 2013
Entretien
After submitting an online application I received a phone call around 2 days later. Briefly talked about myself. Then invited for on-site interview the following day. Went in to interview and spoke with store manager one on one. Casual interview that discussed working as a team and hypothetical situations. He informed me the work environment is fast-paced and multi-task oriented. Hired on the spot right after the interview.

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
