I applied online and heard back about four or five days later and went in for my interview the following week. The manager seemed pretty busy and was running around the store and such but somehow she squeezed me in. The interview was very relaxed and the manager was very down to earth. She asked about my schooling and other jobs that I had and then asked about my availability and what I would want to do in the store (cashier, stock, etc). I said anything is fine with me and I heard back a day later and got the job! Overall, it was a smooth process and I felt that my interview wasn't a typical one where she was asking all the questions. I asked some to (like how many positions are available and such) and we also had a conversation, which I think is very important. Managers want to know if you can communicate effectively and in a retail job this skill is very important, so remember to relax and ask about their day and it'll flow from there.

it was very pleasant and they will almost always hire you if you are a tolerable person who can work hard and well with others. It would be strange to not hear back from them within a week due to how much demand they usually have for employees.
