I had two interviews over the phone with the district manager, on phone interview with the zone manager, one interview with the regional manager. I then met with the district manager at the store for a store walk and a job offer. After the job offer there was a background check. This took about two weeks for the background check to go thru.

I had three separate interviews, one in person and two by phone. My first was in a store with the district manager who would be my direct supervisor and the next were with higher-up leaders in the company.

3 interviews, one interview with a DM which was very direct and they were transparent on what kind of store I was getting into. then zone director which is the DMs boss which was more about my goals and how they can help me achieve them,and after that the VP of the region which was their boss. I think Once you get DM approved you are good
