      Entretien

We are on the ground floor crew and opening a much anticipated store. I initially applied on line after receiving news Ross would be opening a store in my small town but hear nothing back. I also went through Worksource, applied through them when the jobs were posted on their website, and called in religiously asking if they had any additional information on interviews etc. After many weeks, and many calls to Worksource, I was finally told that Ross would be conducting a hiring event the following week. I asked if I could come and talk to someone, I was asked if I applied on-line (which I had already done), and told to come in Tues or Wed. and someone would speak to me. I went in on the following Tuesday and spoke with a gentleman who is going to be our new Store Manager. He was very nice, seemed to like me, and offered me a job (pending my background check). Needless to say, I passed my check and was called and asked to come in for a second interview. I went in, and met with the District Supervisor, our Store Manager, and a Loss Prevention Manager from another store. Our group was given some paperwork and asked for our SS Card and DL to enter into the computer as well as asked some questions for computer input. We were then given information about Orientation 2 weeks later and welcomed to the Ross Company.
