J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Salt Lake City, UT) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Applied online. I got a voicemail from the store manager letting me know she was interested in interviewing me a few days later. The interview was short, maybe 20 minutes. A lot of it was her filling me in on the store culture. I was asked very typical interview questions and gave short and honest answers. She told me she would get back to me about the time of the orientation. I got paid for the orientation and began working there afterwards.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.

They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
