Painful. Six different interviews with eight people total, over the course of 4.5 months. The most senior person I interviewed with couldn't be bothered and said she really didn't know what fixture designers do. A week before my final interview I was told by HR they were "highly interested" in me as their candidate. Two weeks later I was told they were reopening their search, and not moving forward with me.
