J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores en juin 2010
Entretien
A floor manager called me and asked if I was still interested in the job, so we set up a date for an interview. The interview was with 2 managers. They asked me basic questions about myself and then started asking questions like... "Why do you want to work here", "Tell me about a time you gave good customer service", and "Tell me about the best worker you know". I thought everything went well. They scheduled another interview with the head manager. She asked the same type of questions but was rude and seemed to be in a rush. I ended up not getting the job.

Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
