Applied online and within a couple of minutes got a call to have an in-person interview for the following day. Interviewed with the Area Supervisor, which was basically like a phone interview when they ask you when you're available, how many hours you want to work, etc. Afterwards, I was scheduled for another interview with the General Manager for the next day. The following day, I was interviewed by the General Manager and the Assistant Manager at the same time. They were basic questions like, why do you want to work for Ross, what was your experience when this happened, etc. Told I was hired at the end of the interview.
Interview process was with one of the store managers. Some job situational questions and some questions regarding personality. Interview did not take very long, it was quick and straight to the point. I was able to share stories and provide examples to the questions asked.

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult customer situation and how you resolved it?
Really easy and straight forward, the interviewer was polite and made me feel really comfortable. They offered flexibility in scheduling I think to compensate for staffing shortages, and promised a good team environment with the resources they do have.

Easy and quick. Questions were easily simple to answer and didn't take longer than 15-20 minutes. Very adamant about availability to work and how soon, considering they are open during most holidays and are open late on weekends.
