J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ross Stores (Richmond, VA) en sept. 2012
Entretien
The process was not very long they try to get you started fairly quickly which is good that the process does not drag on for a long time. The interview is done with two managers which I feel is very good because you get two different people's opinions. They try to make you feel welcomed as a new employee and train you early so that you can adapt to the job quickly.

Question 1
I would have to say the most difficult question was "what makes you good for the job?"
Interview process was with one of the store managers. Some job situational questions and some questions regarding personality. Interview did not take very long, it was quick and straight to the point. I was able to share stories and provide examples to the questions asked.

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult customer situation and how you resolved it?
Really easy and straight forward, the interviewer was polite and made me feel really comfortable. They offered flexibility in scheduling I think to compensate for staffing shortages, and promised a good team environment with the resources they do have.

Easy and quick. Questions were easily simple to answer and didn't take longer than 15-20 minutes. Very adamant about availability to work and how soon, considering they are open during most holidays and are open late on weekends.
