Met at job fair, took my info down on special notebook. Did an interview 3 days later, 2 parts. 1st was with a basic recruiter who basically screened me for not being a total idiot/degenerate. Passed, moved on to an interview with an area director and corporate internship persons. Asked about cooperation skills, leadership experience, roles taken, and exemplary effort examples. Was overall a very pleasant interview process, and I genuinely enjoyed talkin to the people I met that day, one of them even wrote my letter of recommendation for grad school!
