Received an interview offer went to their location talked with their manager, who asked the normal interview questions mainly, talked about what is expected of someone while on shift how the holidays effect business and scheduling and what the pay was.

The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations
