I had a interview scheduled on a Tuesday at 12:30pm, I arrived there at 12:17pm, I walked up to customer service they called to the person who interviewed me. I went back to the interview room and was interviewed all was pleasant. Ross does 2 interviews, 1st interview was verifying information...the person who interviewed me(who does not normally do the interviews) said the main interviewer would not be in for 4 days yet i got a email the next morning saying that ross is currently denying my application without a reason....if you apply here do not listen to what they tell you because they like smiling in your face and stabbing you in the back after

Very lowkey. They asked basic interview questions. They just wanted to know availability for work and if you’re available during their most busy hours. Nothing super professional, but they want to make sure you’re going to actually come into work.

it was very pleasant and they will almost always hire you if you are a tolerable person who can work hard and well with others. It would be strange to not hear back from them within a week due to how much demand they usually have for employees.

When arriving, they do accommodate you to sit in the break room while waiting on an interview, which is great because you’re not standing around the store looking crazy. When you get in the back and we’ll meet with the Store Manager or an assistant manager short it seems rushed like they genuinely didn’t have time set aside for interviews. They were trying to move along candidates.
