I had a phone screening first and the HR person who was leaving the job said 80% travel was required. We agreed the job was not a good fit . They were very open and honest. Didn't want to waste any ones time.
Received a call to do an over the phone interview. Once screened, did a second over the phone interview with prospective manager. After passing the second interview, scheduled a third interview in person.
